1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship our products within India only.
 All orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and/or email.

3. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–5 days, depending on your delivery pincode.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

    • Your location Courier partner operations

    • Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstancesPlease note that delivery delays caused by courier partners are beyond our direct control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders only.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for free shipping. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you place your order.

5. Courier Partners

  • We work with reliable third-party courier and logistics partners to ensure safe delivery of your order.

  • Once dispatched, shipment tracking and delivery updates are managed by the courier partner.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and email address are accurate at the time of placing the order.

  • Class Champions is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

7. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

  • In cases where:

  • Delivery attempts fail due to customer unavailability

  • Incorrect address details are provided

  • Packages are returned to origin

  • Re-shipping may be subject to additional charges.

8. Damaged Packages in Transit

  • If your package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Please do not accept the package, or

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images

  • This will help us resolve the issue quickly as per our Return & Refund Policy.
