1. 7-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwritten-in, and in its original packaging and condition.
2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will replace it free of charge, including return shipping.
3. How to Request a Return
Email support@classchampions.in with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm the return and share pickup or shipping instructions within 24 hours.
4. Refunds
Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are made by bank transfer or UPI to details you provide.
5. Return Shipping
For damaged, defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.
6. Non-Returnable
Packs that have been written in, used, or are missing books or packaging cannot be returned.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Contact us as soon as possible.
