Class Champions | Refund Policy

At Class Champions, a brand of NEUROLEARN TECH PRIVATE LIMITED, we aim to provide high-quality educational products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Product Format

All worksheets sold on Class Champions are physical, printed worksheets delivered to your shipping address.
We currently do not provide digital or downloadable worksheet formats unless explicitly stated.

2. Order Cancellation

Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
  • Once your order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately.
  • If the order has not yet been dispatched, a full refund will be initiated.

Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Order cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and/or email to monitor delivery status.

3. Returns & Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements are applicable only in the following cases:

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a worksheet that is:

  • Physically damaged, or
  • Defective due to printing or manufacturing issues

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

After verification, we will offer either:

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund, as deemed appropriate

Incorrect Product Delivered

If you receive a product different from what you ordered:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share supporting images

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Delay in delivery caused by courier partners
  • Minor variations in color, layout, or design
  • Damage caused due to misuse or mishandling
  • Requests raised after the specified reporting period

Learning outcomes or educational results are not grounds for refunds, as each child’s learning progress is unique.

5. Refund Process & Timeline

  • If your return or refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your
  • original payment method (UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, etc.).
  • Refunds may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account after approval.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds cannot be processed automatically.
  • In such cases, we will request your bank account details to initiate the refund.
  • Refunds for COD orders will also be processed within 7 business days after approval.
